By downloading, installing, or using BulmaCode, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with local laws and Google Play rules when using the app.
If you are under the legal digital consent age in your country, use only with parent or guardian permission.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BulmaCode for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Prohibited Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app unlawfully.
- Do not use automation or abuse methods that harm app stability or fairness.
- Do not violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
5. Ads and Third-Party Services
BulmaCode is ad-supported and uses Google AdMob. Ad delivery and measurement may involve third-party technologies and policies controlled by Google.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, puzzles, code, design, trademarks, and related content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by law.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from app use.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or if legal compliance requires it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

1. Kabul
BulmaCode uygulamasini indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kosullari ve Gizlilik Politikasini kabul etmis olursunuz.
Kabul etmiyorsaniz uygulamayi kullanmayin.
2. Uygunluk
Uygulamayi kullanirken yerel mevzuata ve Google Play kurallarina uymaniz gerekir.
Bulundugunuz ulkede yasal dijital riza yasinin altindaysaniz ebeveyn/vasi izniyle kullanin.
3. Lisans
BulmaCode uygulamasini kisisel ve ticari olmayan kullanim icin sinirli, devredilemez, geri alinabilir bir lisansla kullanabilirsiniz.
4. Yasakli Kullanim
- Uygulamayi hukuka aykiri bicimde tersine muhendislik, decompile veya degistirme yapmayin.
- Uygulama kararliligini veya adil kullanimini bozacak otomasyon ve kotuye kullanim yontemleri kullanmayin.
- Telif, marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet haklarini ihlal etmeyin.
5. Reklamlar ve Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri
BulmaCode reklam desteklidir ve Google AdMob kullanir. Reklam gosterimi ve olcumlemesi, Google tarafindan yonetilen ucuncu taraf teknolojilere ve politikalara tabi olabilir.
6. Fikri Mulkiyet
Uygulama, bulmacalar, kod, tasarim, markalar ve ilgili icerik gelistiriciye aittir veya lisanslidir ve yasal olarak korunur.
7. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut oldugu sekilde" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasiz calisma garantisi verilmez.
8. Sorumlulugun Sinirlandirilmasi
Yasanin izin verdigi azami olcude, uygulama kullanimindan dogabilecek dolayli veya sonucsal zararlardan gelistirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Askiya Alma veya Sonlandirma
Bu Kosullarin ihlali, kotuye kullanim tespiti veya yasal zorunluluk halinde erisim askiya alinabilir veya sonlandirilabilir.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Kosullar, zorunlu tuketici hukuku sakli kalmak kaydiyla Turkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
